Nine years ago we celebrated the opening of the restaurant "PLATAN" in the heart of Samarkand. For nine years we have worked hard to service and delicacy of dishes, selected the best staff and improving the harmony of interior and exterior of the restaurant.

The best cooks and waiters are with us for many years.

Traditionally, every year, we are expanding and updating the list of services. So, over the years of our activity we have built is not big, but comforted hotel for our guests. It contains 12 rooms, equipped according to international standards of hospitality. Each room has a separate lavatory, bath, bedding, TV, radio, Wi-Fi, one-time means( funds)for hygienic care, clean towels and a Bathrobe with Slippers :)

Bookings can be made either localy or distantly (by phone or via the Internet). Our guests enjoy special discounts at the bar-restaurant, which is located at the bottom of restaurant.

We love and take care to each client-visitor of the restaurant and hotel "PLATAN". For tourist groups there are a collective discounts and individual stocks.

We actively cooperate with tour operators and try to provide our guests with the best service and delicious food that they will not remain indifferent!

Great hall contains up to 150 persons, and the hall is the Living room, 24. Both rooms are well ventilated, air conditioned and heated. We follow the warmth and coziness of the restaurant, we at any time of the year you will be in a comfortable atmosphere. The great hall is equipped with music and video accompanement so this is the best place for banquets, receptions, festivals and tourist events. Small hall "Living room" is perfect for business meetings, romantic evenings and privacy in a peaceful setting. It is equipped with a bar, a piano and a TV.
